This is where all users are assigned roles for duties performed at the entities they belong to. Depending on the Role, the system will automatically know signatories and their position in accordance with the smart contracts agreed upon. When a user signs a closing document, their signature will automatically be affixed in the corresponding signatory 1 or 2 respectively.
